We knew the NHS was plagued by poor service and reliability from its existing IT solutions partners, and was looking for better support for their localised business units. But we soon learned you can't just walk into an organisation like the NHS waving a brochure and promising a better deal. However, years of perseverance and careful negotiation finally paid off and when we supplied four high volume networked Canon digital systems and two back up copiers it was met with great enthusiasm.
