For instance, we track the typical copy/print volume per month for every machine and assign each model a service interval that is significantly lower than the manufacturer's recommendation. Our goal is to achieve a zero call-out rate between scheduled services and to ensure fast, 100% effective back-up is available when things do go wrong.
This preventative approach means you'll have far fewer faults to report, and suffer infinitely less downtime and general hassle. All our service charges are inclusive of a guaranteed four-hour response time from receipt of your call or email, as well as regular inspections for copy, print and fax quality. Labour and spares are included in every agreement, along with most consumables.
